**Securities & Funds Settlements specialist** **Full time office role (no remote, no home office)** **Zurich, Switzerland** **12 months contract** **Responsibilities:** **Securities Settlements** + Provides settlement services in our role as global custodian for our clients. + Ensure securities portfolios are transferred between other financial institutions. + Guarantee timely settlement of transactions in global markets and play an active role in looking after accurate realignments of securities positions. **Funds Settlements** + Processes private placement hedge funds and mutual funds transfers for our clients + Ensure risk aware exception handling, trade monitoring and manual interventions on client & market transactions. + Liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of client assets. **Skills and Experience:** + 1-3 year relevant experience with securities settlements + Good understanding of securities markets specifically functions of a custodian. + Knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements. + Basic understanding of Corporate Actions event processing and reconciliation. + Profound experience in securities settlements (capturing, instructing & monitoring orders). + Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, typically MT54x settlement instructions.
