Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Driving on time delivery of adidas product into the NAM marketplace.  Accountable for orderbook activities for all channels with a focus on adidas Team/Licensed product embellished within the Indianapolis facility.  Subcontracting responsibilities include PO creation, stock transfers and overall order book management covering screenprint, handprint, embroidery, heat transfer, others.  Support and execute assigned special projects as defined by Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

E2E ownership of Indianapolis specific programs, including Framis football jerseys, eCom customization and adidasGolf embellishment Support the Indy launch analyst in orderbook activities to ensure on time shipments   Support confirmed on time in full delivery (COTIF) through maintaining allocation and creation of delivery notes Collaboration with Distribution & Manufacturing Production Scheduling on daily rush or changes in allocation and overall scheduling Publication and maintenance of order book & subcontracting management reporting solutions including but not limited to Incomplete, Allocation Preview, and other Order Book Audits Communication of stock constraints and issues with Account Operations, Demand Planning and Product Supply Complex problem solving activities related to order book & subcontracting flow from SAP to WMS & MES systems Coordinate movement of stock (if necessary) to support commercial and brand priorities Support department projects as needed

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

4 year university degree preferred, focus on supply chain preferred 2+ years related work experience preferably in Supply Chain Equivalent combination of education and / or experience may be substituted for degree Industry experience preferred

For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Indianapolis, IN.​
