Operations Analyst, Emerging Europe

Fixed Term Contract (Until February 28th, 2027)

** YOUR MISSION ** 🚀 – WHAT WILL YOU DO? **

The mission of this role is to support SC Operations Management decision to run the business, optimize labour, material & equipment resources to ensure CHEP products are serviced to a high-quality criteria & available to meet the customers’ demand.

Control storage, stock levels, raw material usage, production & other movements booking and system usage to ensure  proper operations are held in the relevant Service CentersEnsures timely and complete scrapping process including collection of necessary documentation and approvals.Measure performance against clear standards – performance reporting on KPIs – across a balanced scorecard – including support on operations information for entitlement.Controls, tracks and communicates if required system stock movements in the plant and between the plants.Provides all necessary reports and statistics for the relevant areas of Service Centers activities.Operational and work processes standardisation & improvement for all administrative tasks in alignment with our internal controls and policies.Creates and maintains databases in SAP for SLAs, performance etc. as well as communicates with third parties any changes or updates.Reports plant operational KPIs including performance in terms of productivity, timely activity as well as plant conformance to the agreed standards.Prepare and update service center guidelines and documentations as well as provides training for its implementation.Responsible for maintaining all operations procedures in a systematic formatSupports plants with any system trainings/support/maintenance.Cooperates with plants with any system / process changes and ensures best practices are implemented.Collects necessary data (pictures, plant reports, communication) for timely complaint justification.Support Cost Optimization function in order to implement best system solutions, its standardization and effectiveness.Support SC Operations Management decision to run the business - provide critical ad-hoc analysis, reports, draws conclusions and recommends actionsAssure Supply Chain KPI accuracy including financial month-end closure reporting, within the given timelines

** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** 🔎:

2-3 years of experience in operations data analysisPrevious logistics/productions/supply chain/distribution experienceNegotiation and contract backgroundExperience with budget managementPreferable continuous improvement and SAP experienceExperience working in an international matrix organizationPolish & English language skills requiredComputer: Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel; Experienced with SQL, Power BI toolsPersonal: Energetic; relationship builder, team player, excellent communicator & organiser; ability to simplify processes
