Our Corporate Operations team directly supports the strategic and tactical needs of our solutions to ensure profitable growth and operational effectiveness. Our primary goal is to assist Huron’s multiple practices to continue as high performing businesses. The team drives value by effectively and efficiently managing the key business activities or operations across our solutions. We help ensure that our businesses have the key resources needed to execute on their short and long-term strategy. Our team understands collaboration and communicates well with people at all levels, both within the US and India.
The Corporate Operations Analyst is responsible for a broad range of activities to support our business operations. This position will report to and work closely with the Senior Manager of Corporate Operations, Project Support, as well as interact with Practice Operations Partners.

Manage our ServiceNow tickets across the Project Support TeamPlay a key role in the set-up of new projects and existing projectsE-mail and personal interactions with individuals managing projects in the businessProactively interacting with the practice to initiate project set up by acquiring the necessary documentation and information to activate a new project for time entry and revenue recognitionCreate and manage projects in WorkdayPerform various ad hoc analysis and reporting as neededManage multiple internal relationships within the Practice and Corporate functions

Qualifications

1+ Year of prior work experienceAssociate Degree or Bachelors Degree is requiredExperience in customer service or financial transaction functions is preferredExperience in a team environmentAbility to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership and all levels in the companyStrong customer service aptitude and ability to proactively work with leadership to address challengesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyThe ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet deadlinesStrong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and experience in other Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).  Other analytics or database tools including Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $50,000 - $70,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $55,000 - $77,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
