SummaryThis position provides production with timely and accurate schedules, job packets, specs, and other reports necessary for production. You will play a crucial role in identifying spec scheduling problems and inconsistencies while supporting all other clerical tasks, including department transfers and miss-punches Kronos support.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and Reconcile: Daily review and reconciliation of production job packets.Monitor Inventory: Keep an eye on raw materials, ingredients, and packaging inventory levels.Assist and Resolve: Answer questions and assist in resolutions related to production transactions, product and recipe input, etc.Report Processing: Analyze and distribute various daily and weekly reports while meeting set deadlines.Data Management: Enter and retrieve data from Ross daily, maintain production databases in Excel, and manage data within Kronos to aid in plant reporting.Scheduling: Work with the scheduler to make necessary adjustments, print, and distribute the daily schedule.Liaison Role: Assist Supervisors and act as a liaison as needed.Production Insight: Spend time in production to better understand the paperwork process.Organization: Filing and organizing paperwork.Team Support: Assist co-workers as needed.RequirementsPrefer one year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience or training.Must have the ability to work independently, thoroughly, and in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude.Must be able to work well with others.Must possess knowledge in Microsoft Excel such as formatting, page setup, printing, and basic formulas (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Must possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Outlook such as sending emails, attaching files to outgoing emails, and opening emails and attachments.Must be able to take direction on different projects and be self-motivated to accomplish the task.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
