About the Role
We are on the search for an Operations Analyst!Be responsible for providing operational support to International Wealth (IW) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processesResponsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes
Job Responsibilities
Liaise between IW team and local AIA internal parties to bridge operations disparity to support business model of IW.Lead the reviews of Introducer agreements for its operational feasibility, partner key AIA control parties (e.g., Legal, Compliance, etc) to ensure IWH’s processes /procedures adheres to government regulation and laws.Design and maintain the Introducers database and its continuous enhancements.Tracking and reporting of business activities, translating data into dashboards and scheduled reports to spot business trends and support business reviews.Support IW initiatives for process improvements, participate in providing conceptualized feedbacks for betterment of current processes.Accounting for all incoming moneys (commission and production credits) and execution of payments. Build and maintain communication materials/ eDM.and operation manuals for workflows and guidelines.Supports IW customer experience through designing and delivering bespoke services. Own servicing related matters (i.e., customer onboarding, annual review packs, ad-hoc servicing requests)Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma.Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Insurance OperationsRelated insurance qualifications such as M5, M9 and LOMA would be an advantage.Able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment.Meticulous, has an eye for detailSelf-starter who constantly strives for excellence.Strong communication skills, proactive, good problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other applications.Believe in better with AIA.
