In existence since 1994, AdventHealth Medical Group Central FL has demonstrated consistent growth and stability in an ever-changing health care market. **The role you'll contribute:** The Operational Transitions Specialist, reporting to the Operational Transitions Manager works in collaboration with Practice Leaders and all internal departments to facilitate practice and provider transitions. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Plans, budgets, oversees, documents and reports on all aspects of projects assigned. + Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. + Responsible for all practice and provider transitions. + Facilitates new practice locations and relocations. + Liaises with cross functional business partners to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. + May work closely with Project Manager(s) and other leaders. **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications** : + Bachelor's Required OR + Associate 1y Healthcare or Project Management experience OR + High School 2y Healthcare or Project Management experience + Good time management skills, highly organized and great attention to detail + Proficient communication in all formats + Strong client-facing and teamwork skills + Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook + Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently or with a team with minimal supervision + Professional attitude and conduct.
