The Operational Technology (OT) Asset Visibility and Security Engineering, Lead we are looking for will lead and contribute to the implementation of the USPS cybersecurity strategies. These systems protect the digital network, connected assets, hosted applications and data, and employees within the Operational Technology (OT) environment supporting critical USPS mail and package handling systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Coordination and workload balancing of the team, facilitating, and ensuring appropriate technical decisions are made to support fulfillment of Postal goals and objectives in required timelines.
+ Work closely between the technical team, Postal leadership and architecture and strategy teams to ensure engineered solutions meet all functional and architectural requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelors Degree in relevant IT or CS field
+ Experience in large enterprise IT and OT environment
+ 13+ years of OT security experience and application of asset visibility solutions towards OT hardware vulnerability management, and security event investigation support.
+ Candidates must also have accredited and relevant college degree (computer science, information systems, etc.) or congruent work experience.
+ Specific technical knowledge, experience, and certifications with relevant tools such as Forescout, Armis Centrix, Splunk use and knowledge object development, Windows and Linux system administration, Database design and implementation.
+ Certifications CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH
+ Software asset management security efforts supporting both OT operations and security efforts including network access control, USB attached device control, file integrity monitoring
