We're seeking someone to join our Technology Governance Operations team as an Analyst in our Technology Cybersecurity, Data, Risk & Resilience (CDRR) organization to execute technology risk and governance operational processes for our global team. The successful candidate will be partnering with other parts of the global CDRR organization to transition ongoing technology risk and governance related processes into the Tech Gov Ops team, and to effectively execute those processes going forward.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a position at Associate level within Risk, Regulatory & Resilience, which performs various independent functions to ensure adequate controls are in place. We do this by providing an integrated risk and control framework to govern, assess, mitigate and manage financial and operational risk in Operations.

What you'll do in the role:

Assist in documenting and tracking technology risks, incidents, and mitigation efforts.

Support the preparation of risk metrics and reports to influence management decisions and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update risk management tools, databases, and documentation.

Provide administrative and operational support for risk-related initiatives and audits.

Work with other stakeholder teams globally across the Ffirm

Engage with Firm wide risk and control groups as appropriate to support Firm wide and Technology risk agenda, including first, second, and third line of defense risk functions

Ensure accurate documentation and evidence for audit/regulatory needs.

Work closely with IT operations, security, compliance, and business units.

What you'll bring to the role:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-3 years of experience in operational support for technology risk, or a related role within a large investment banking or financial services organization.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with risk management tools is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
