**The position** Looking for a role where you are responsible for performing operational sourcing activities and category management support. If you are keen to support Sourcing organization in a very autonomous manner within the assigned categories in accordance with category strategies/sourcing card, then this is your place to be. **Tasks & responsibilities** · Being responsible for performing Operational Sourcing activities. · Supporting business functions in sourcing and purchasing process. · Running and coordinating supplier tenders, in terms of cooperations. · Overssing local suppliers and managing the supplier database. · Being accountable for creating and documenting Sourcing Cards, documenting savings and identifying potential efficiencies. · Optimizing buying channels and maximize implementation and usage of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Frame Services Agreements (FSAs). · Being actively involved in Business Partnering. · Ensuring compliance with mandatory Standard Operating Procedures. · Cooperating with the Local Sourcing Team and Regional Sourcing Team. · Working with the SAP 4 Hana system and Ariba. **About our future employee** You should speak English fluently (min. B2 level) and have at least 2-3 years of experience in the purchasing department, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. **Additionally, we are looking for:** · Experience in non-production categories and services, · Experience in supplier base management, · Knowledge of the SAP purchasing system (module), · Knowledge of SAP Hana and Ariba (considered a strong asset), · Advanced negotiation skills, · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
