Your main responsibilities are:

PO release base on the SAP-MRP, delivery date confirmation base on the project delivery schedule and tracking. Supplier quality management, include the whole process: supplier side, in-coming inspection, during the machining process, and final inspection. Supplier payment handling and invoice base on the term. Supplier master date and material master date maintenance. Inventory management, safety stock and stock level monthly review and improvement. Urgent service case, daily tracking the lead time with supplier side. Daily communication with supplier. Cost down, continue to improve the supplier chain.

Development Responsibilities:

Supplier chain improvement. Personal growing.

 

You will shine in this role when you have:

3-5 years of work experience, preferably related to procurement. Proficient in both spoken and written English. Preferably have experience with SAP or ERP. Preferably have a background in engineering and be able to understand production drawings. Need to be responsible and have a diligent learning attitude. Be honest and upright.
