Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Operational Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Alpharetta, GA facility. This key leadership role will drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a diverse team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. The position plays a crucial role in our ongoing factory optimization project sought at scaling operations for increased future demand.


What your day-to-day will look like:


Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and engineering techniciansDrive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices across the facilitySupervise and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and qualityDevelop and implement strategic operational excellence programsLead and implement critical factory optimization projectsCollaborate with multi-functional teams to achieve operational targetsIdentify and implement cost reduction opportunitiesEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements


To thrive in this role, you have:


Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or manufacturing engineeringMinimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent project management and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesProven track record of implementing successful process improvementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills3+ Years Experience in Factory DigitalizationQualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. The pay range for this position is $89,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
