Job Description

Responsibilities

· People Management

· Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of analysts and team leaders, ensuring effective performance and professional development.

· Performance Management: Regularly assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to enhance.

Skills and capabilities.

· Recruitment and Training: Collaborate with Human Resources to identify staffing needs, recruit talent, and facilitate training programs for team members.

· Process and Performance

· Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of both teams, ensuring adherence to established processes and performance metrics.

· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the Sales Deduction and Accounts Payable functions, implementing innovative solutions to streamline operations.

· Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track team performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the Account Lead.

· Relationship with Customers

· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

· Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales deduction and accounts payable, providing timely and accurate information.

· Issue Resolution: Proactively address any customer issues or disputes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.

· Innovation

· Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation within the teams, encouraging team members to propose and implement new ideas that enhance service delivery.

· Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced analytics and technology to improve processes and drive efficiencies in both Sales Deduction and Accounts Payable operations.

· Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating relevant strategies into team operations to maintain a competitive edge.

Minimum Qualifications

· University graduate with relevant experience in order management and accounts payable processes.

· Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.

· Experience in manage teams through having direct reports team leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in the services or hi-tech industry.

· Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

· Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
