Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
Establish close relationships with the clients to understand their needs and develop a strategy Dedicated Single Point of Contact for client's escalations and ad hoc support Attending client meetings; regular catch-ups with the client stakeholders Ensure client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface into the client’s real estate organization. Develop favourable relationships with existing and new client contacts Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships for current, new and upcoming projects Organizing workshops with the clients.
Team Performance and day-to-day delivery:
Align with client on key priorities and execute an account plan
KPI validation, focusing on solutions that support proper KPI management.
Successfully manage framework agreements requirements and navigate the resolution of issues effectively and within contractual and governmental requirements
Escalation management; gathering information and analysing the situation; suggesting next steps
Maintaining contacts and exchanging information with global teams
Understand client’s key business drivers; focus teams to ensure priorities are aligned with our deliverables
Ensure “best in class” processes and protocols are established, implemented, and managed on the account
Monitoring all clients’ requests and topics; regular status checks and updates
Full ownership for informing project team members about customer processes; Support with detailed information and instructions to enable the successful completion of complex projects
Deadline / milestones monitoring
Filling in for other team members during their absence
Responsible for the proper maintenance of Team Trackers
Growth and development:
Develop and implement account plan(s)
Understand JLL’s strategic initiatives and business goals and align these with the clients’ needs
Staying up to date with JLL new solutions and identifying new business potential
Pro-actively identify areas of opportunity that will benefit the client by incorporating new JLL solutions
Oversight for the additional resource; onboarding and monitoring quality; managing workflow
Responsible for the clear, comprehensive and timely documentation of all necessary documents in the account (general filing and governance documents)
Preparation of onboarding plan and training implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
3-5 years of relevant business environment experience, minimum 3 years experience in real estate-related fields.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in spoken and written Business English (enabling leading conference client calls and business development meetings as well as training delivery).
Ability to present complex information in a simple way for JLL and Client senior stakeholders and deliver presentations to a wider public.
Ability to deliver tasks without supervision, skill to plan, delegate and execute, client-focused, open-minded and willing to challenge the status quo.
Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
