Your Role:
As the Operational Maintenance Crew Lead, you will manage a crew and provide general supervision of technical staff. You will also be responsible for:
Perform maintenance task and scope analysis manpower, spares, tools and facility requirements
Suggest implementation Engineering and MRS endorsed deferred Maintenace actions
Provide input and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Provide SME advice on availability of approved alternative spare parts & materials
Manage allocated workload assigned from Maintenance Co-ordinator
About You:
As an experienced Crew Lead, you will a deep technical understanding of the KC-30A. You will also have:
Knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance supervision
Knowledge of structure and use of interactive technical publications
Lead working groups to aid development of future Part 145 state and capability
Oversight of direct reports to ensure Safety
Desirable but not essential:
Knowledge in securing Engineering approvals
Understanding of external technical and maintenance support networks
Knowledge in securing Engineering approvals
