Roles and Responsibilities
As the Operational Execution Leader, you will:
Understand status of engineering execution per the DEP with the assistance of the Certified Account Managers (CAMs). Collaboratively resolve conflicts with the schedule and workloadProactively communicate with Operations Leadership and assist with preparation of program operating meetings Support the creation visual board information to effectively communicate program status and other valuable information to the teamIdentify and lead productivity projects for the programLead engineering process improvement initiatives across Edison Works programsProvide lean and GE Aerospace operating rhythm support and guidance to the engineering teamObtain and maintain government security clearance at Secret level and work within a controlled secure environmentRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems EngineeringLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.This role requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; prerequisite for a security clearance is U.S. citizenship.Desired Characteristics
