Main Purpose

The Operational Excellence Specialist drives the implementation of the Operational Excellence (OE) Program tools, PSS (Product Supply system), and leads improvement projects in different areas of the site.

Drives a continuous improvement culture in all areas to optimize the company's global asset footprint.

                 

Your mission will be to

Maintenance and tracking of the Operational Excellence master plan.Guarantee the full implementation of concepts in every phase of PSSIdentify gaps & Assure capabilities and processes are in place according to each PSSExecution of Operational Excellence projects (Six Sigma, Lean, TPM)Leading OE projects with a focus on loss elimination.Implement improvement activities.Coaching and support of colleagues in Operational Excellence activities and projects.Execution of training as part of the Operational Excellence initiativePreparation, moderation and follow-up of workshops, communication activities and visualization of results

 

Unlock your potential

University degree in engineering and/or scienceExperience from 3-5 yearsProfound knowledge of Operational Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) and project managementExpertise in communication, training and coordinationResult and customer-focused, Business-driven and leadership skillsFluent in spoken and written EnglishAble to steer a multidisciplinary team, able to deliver results
