\nAs an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. With your expertise in Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools, you will identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to optimize operational processes and enhance overall efficiency.
\nYou will report directly to our Operational Excellence Director and you'll work out of our Houston, TX or Morris Plaines, NJ location.
\nIn this role, you will have a significant impact on improving productivity, streamlining operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nIdentify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to address them.\nImplement Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operational processes.\nWork with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with manufacturing plants and cross-functional partners to solve business problems and enhance operational efficiencies.\nAnalyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency enhancement.\nDevelop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.\nGuide and facilitate process improvement projects, utilizing Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, and other tools.\nProvide guidance and facilitate to teams in implementing process changes and driving continuous improvement.\nMonitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.\nPrepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.\nStrong knowledge and experience in Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nExcellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and people-oriented skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\nWE VALUE
