The Operational Excellence Planner is responsible of supporting the design and execution of the roadmap towards Supply Chain Excellence, aligned with company’s vision.
The Operational Excellence Planner must be agile, innovative, propose solutions to enable people and processes to work more efficiently (easier, faster, better). The role will directly influence the company’s ability to improve overall operations efficiencies to achieve supply chain and overall business performance goals.
The main responsibilities include:

1. Project Management Office (PMO)
• Support the implementation of the PMO strategy, aligning with the organization's goals and vision
• Provide Planning expertise to design, test, implement and scale improvement projects to optimize end to end Supply Chain
• Reinforce project management standards, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), scope, timelines and metrics to measure PMO performance and project success
• Support on Continuous Improvement projects and lead initiatives to bring to fruition
2. Process Optimization
• Provide adhoc support to Planning team on transversal strategic project
• Drive lean culture, standardize best practices and processes and facilitate activities to enhance continuous improvement and innovation
• Identify process bottlenecks and constraints and provides improvement initiatives
3. Collaboration and stakeholder management
• Support on communication to the wider business and inspire the adoption of changes into business processes and systems
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field of study
• At least 3 years’ experience, preferred in CPG, FMCG Supply Chain improvement or consulting
• High level of experience in Supply Planning, processes, planning tools (SAP ECC, APO)
• Analytical abilities, capable of manipulating data and quickly interpret results, communicating recommendations
• Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations. Problem solving abilities combined with creativity suitable for handling highly complex issues
• Ability to provide innovative thinking to cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in implementing change of new process and/or tool
• Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo
• Ability to work in an international matrixed environment
• Project management skills
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while driving projects to completion
• Fluency in written and spoken English
