Leidos is hiring a customer-oriented **_Operational Coordination Management_** to support the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) IT Services (ITS) program at Joint Base Andrews (JBA), MD, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC, and the Pentagon. The successful candidate will assist the Government staff by developing, maintaining, and improving the AFNCR ITS Catalog and provide continuous process improvement analysis in support of those services.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Monitors, coordinates, and consolidates tasking tool inputs for commanders to make timely and accurate decisions
+ Coordinates briefing content and format with commanders, operations leads and subject matter experts
+ Maintains an operational calendar, validates briefing content, personnel availability, and ensures read-aheads are distributed in a timely manner to meet commander’s needs
+ Prepares, consolidates, and formats weekly activity reports for the squadron and group to ensure key achievements and events are accurately documented
+ Prepares data-driven and informational briefings and papers for the commander and other senior leaders based on guidance
+ Manages information exchange within the squadron to ensure all sections are tracking all mission essential functions
+ Communicates with external stakeholders to gather information on behalf of the commander and the squadron
+ Support special projects aim at enhancing or improving squadron goals of improved service delivery and customer experience.
+ Assist the Strategic Operations Manager by providing onsite support and consultation to in-need work centers to drive efficiencies to remediate performance deficiencies.
+ Assist the contract UX Manager with Quality of Service (QoS) initiatives, coordinating with higher-level organizations such as the Cyberspace Capabilities Center, Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, and Chief Information Office.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree.
+ 4 years of experience working with cyber or information technology
+ Must have a full DoD Secret Clearance at start.
+ Must have experience working within the National Capitol Region
+ Must be willing and able to work on site at Joint Base Andrews daily.
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Two years of experience working in a Commander’s Action Group (CAG) or equivalent organization.
+ Previous Air Force experience, working for headquarters Air Force or the Air Force district of Washington.
+ Knowledge or readiness standards
+ Strong analytical skills to evaluate training programs, exercises, and inspections
+ Prior leadership experience in a military environment

**Pay Range:**
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
