About the team: You’ll join a collaborative, diverse team that values open communication, supports each other, and embraces new ideas to continuously improve  procurement operations.

What you will do:

Manage operational procurement activities as the main contact for your category. Support the execution of category strategies and sourcing processes. Conduct internal demand and supply market analyses. Assist in supplier management and development. Provides support in managing and maintaining procurement systems and data.bases for category products. Manage orders, payments, and procurement data, ensuring compliance and process optimization.

What you bring & who you are:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (must-have). Experience in operational procurement or purchasing roles (must-have). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (must-have). Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (must-have). Excellent communication skills in English and German (must-have). Ideally, certifications in procurement (e.g., CIPS Level 2/3) and experience with digital procurement tools. Additional language skills are a plus.
