**Operational Buyer:**
The Operational Buyer help ensure a smooth and reliable flow of materials by managing purchasing activities, identifying root causes of supply issues, and supporting supplier collaboration.
**Your role:**
+ Works on basic material shortage risks, follows action to mitigate disruptions, performs return orders to suppliers, ensures smooth supply chain operations, and maintains strong supplier relationships.
* Assists in addressing and resolving the fundamental reasons behind routine availability issues, ensuring smooth and continuous supply chain operations by identifying and eliminating root causes efficiently.
* Assists in calculating and planning basic technical aspects of purchasing goods, understanding their requirements, managing inventory, including safety stock, and efficiently expediting and mitigating shortages with suppliers to uphold service levels.
* Supports in monitoring material resource planning tools to track material characteristics and trends, aiming to optimize stock levels, manage master data settings, and stock levels during the Industrialization phase to ensure availability of correct materials for production ramp-up.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain operations.
+ Your skills include working with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, inventory management, and root cause analysis.
+ You have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
+ You’re an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; you communicate effectively across internal teams and external suppliers.
+ You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoy driving improvement in end-to-end supply chain processes.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
