Qualification

1.  Bachelor degree or High vocational certificate

2.  2 year of experience in facility management

Job Description

1.Operation and maintenance of facilities equipment and systems in accordance with site processes and procedures, as appropriate to individual knowledge, skills, certifications and licenses.

2.Perform regular site inspections, including Facility Walk Through and the collection of data and equipment readings as required.

3.Monitors contractors for procedural, safety, environmental, and risk mitigation process compliance with established procedures/policies/laws.

4.Responds to emergent situations at the site as required.

5.Other client supporting tasks as assigned.
