Operation Supervisor - Softservices

Site Operations Management

Oversee soft-service operations including cleaning services coordination

Manage site access control systems and badge issuance processes

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Implement industry best practices across facility operations

Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with building procedures and performance standards

Develop and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Finance Management

Support financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial management requirements

Manage budget planning, purchase order processing, and invoice handling with precision and efficiency

People Management

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and excellence

Guide and develop team members to achieve operational goals and personal growth

Vendor Management

Oversee contractor performance across both principal and agency management relationships

Ensure all vendors meet required quality standards through regular performance reviews and inspections

Source and procure vendors and services as needed to support operational requirements

Account Management Support

Track and report on operational performance using established KPI frameworks

Work with team members to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to meet targets

Manage service contracts and ensure compliance with terms

Prepare comprehensive reports, communications, and documentation as required

<Requirements>Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Hospitality services, or related field

At least 1 year of people management experience

Demonstrated communication and presentation skills

Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency

Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
