This Position reports to:
Service Manager
The Operations Specialist’s responsibilities include managing operational procedures, establishing targets, providing support for management decisions, and implementing ways to meet set objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution
Assist with forecasting requirements, stocking levels, and operational needs
Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Support the management of inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes
Document and maintain operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies
Analyze operational data and generate reports to inform decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, BA , or related field.
5+ Experience with operational processes and procedures.
Experience with project management and strategic planning.
Problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve operational issues that could negatively impact the business.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate operations, identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
