We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team. This role will be based in Tianjin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Provide operation support to business teams in the area of Placement, Policy Servicing, and Fiduciary (Billing, Accrual, Reconciliation, Collection, and etc.).Perform operation activities according to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements are met.Operation activities include checking supporting documents, entering data in systems, generating slips, reviewing policy documents, filing documents, communicating with brokers / insurance companies to collect and clarify information, and etc.Adhere to compliance requirements and other company policies.Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor such as system test, report generation, data analysis, operation document update, training support, staff coaching, project support and etc.向业务团队提供涉及保险排分,保单服务,和营收记录与收款(营收开单记录、预提记录、对帐和收款等)相关的运营支持。根据SOP(标准操作流程)进行运营操作并确保其符合SLA(服务水平协议)所规定的要求。运营操作的内容包含检查支持文件,在系统中进行数据录入,生成单据,审阅保单文件,文件归档,与经纪人 / 保险公司沟通以收集或澄清信息等。遵守合规要求与公司的各项政策制度。完成主管分配的其它任务,如系统测试,报表制作,数据分析,运营文件更新,培训支持,员工带教,项目支持等。What you need to have:
