**Description and Requirements**
**Key Responsibilities:**
Maintain and update IT inventory records (e.g. laptops, accessories, software licenses).
Track issuance and return of IT equipment for users.
Raise and monitor service requests in the ITSM portal for procurement, support, and access needs.
Assist with vendor coordination, quotations, and invoice processing.
Maintain documentation of IT policies, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Log and follow up on IT support issues, escalating when necessary.
Support the IT team in user onboarding and offboarding processes.
Schedule and coordinate IT-related meetings or training sessions.
Handle general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
**Requirements:**
GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of IT systems and terminology.
Experience with ITSM tools or portals (e.g. ServiceNow) is an advantage.
