Join our LMPteam as Operation Manager toinspire creativity for generations with unlocking the limitless possibilities of the LEGO brick. **_Please note_** _the work location is in LEGO JIAXING Manufacturing site and no relocation assistance is offered for this role._ **Core Responsibilities:** + Able to lead others, motivate team and individuals, focus on the team leadership, management and development + Continuous training, feedback, monitoring, evaluation of performance, and management support to team coordinators, trainers and all other functions and levels in Operation area + Execution of HR processes (time registration, manage absence, leave requests, Merit, PRP etc.) + Manage recruitment and qualifications development of operational staff + High sense of belonging – one team collaboration spirit on global level (cross-teams and cross-sites worldwide) + Active member of leadership team with ability to contribute to tactical plans and its deployment. + Networking and active collaboration with peers and management teams within LMP area and across teams in LEGO manufacturing and the LEGO Group + Continuous improvement mindset. Capacity of analysis and problem solving, decision-making ability, risk & opportunity management. Holistic and strategic vision to enable it to take decisions in the short and medium term. + Responsible for daily operation and capacity management (Production, Warehouse, Mechanics, Trainers etc.)Evaluate and decide the feasibility of compliance with production plans in the short term (0-3 months) + Managemeasures tomaintain andimprove Operations team performance (KPIs) + Ensure compliance of quality and safety standard (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS, Proactive safety, risk place assessment, process confirmation etc.) + Maintaining clean and employee friendly production, warehouse and mechanical facility minimizing risks of accidents + Maintaining and optimizing existing operation processes incl. financial flows, the use of material and enhancing material flow, floor space utilization and work flow management and its optimization + Ability to implement new processes and new/innovative ways of working + Manage stock inventory and its accuracy (LEGO brick inventory, tools, equipment, uniforms etc. and various other materials). Manage relevant tasks regarding waste management. + Support coordination of all relevant company/department activities (e.g. communication with facility, HR, energy KPI, team meetings/activities incl team dinners, teambuilding, annual dinner, Play Day, all Labor Union activities such birthdays, bank holiday gifts etc.) **Play your part in our team succeeding** LEGO Model Production designs, develops and manufactures brick based solutions of in-store and 3D models on a global level. To contribute to the deliverables of the organization it is important to ensure that we are able to reactflexibilityonto partners demands of LEGO brick-built models also in Asia region (spec. LCS, China market group or other APAC partners, including Merlin with focus on LEGOLAND parks and LDCs). To cover those demands, there is located LMP model shop in LEGO Jiaxing campus which is able to design, develop and produce portfolio of LEGO brick-built models for Asia from Asia. **Do you have what it takes?** + University degree preferred, with demonstrable experience from Marketing Operations or similar customerized product manufacturing, retail or other relevant working environment + Fluency inEnglish & Mandarin with clear communication with local & global team + Minimum 10 years with proven 5 year leadership experience in global or international company, in challenging fast pace moving environment, either in Operation/Production role or any other direct people leader role for ideally team size ideally from 20 - 60 ppl + Open-minded and innovative mindset, role model, with potential to grow in the role + Result oriented, outspoken personality, personal drive, team and customer focus,team player + Quick to understand the business challenges and be skilled at developing solutions to meet its needs + Good knowledge of change management principles + Confident and clear presenter, able to communicate effectively at all levels + Ability to work & communicate in diverseenvironment in international company **NICE TO HAVE:** + Advanced MS Office and SAP skills + Demonstrated high self-motivation to learn and develop new skills and capabilities \#LI-JY2 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
