Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work model: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team (sales, contracts, technicians) to foster collaboration, performance, and customer satisfaction.Oversee project execution and coordinate on-site interventions, ensuring contractual commitments are met.Promote continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, initiating corrective actions, and fostering a culture of progress.Ensure compliance with ABB’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards, proactively managing risks and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications for the Role

Engineering degree or equivalent experience in electrotechnics or industrial engineeringMinimum 5 years of experience managing managers in a technical or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of project management, including cost, time, and quality controlExcellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetProven leadership with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teamsFluent in French and proficient in EnglishFamiliarity with safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards
