Operation Manager


Job Description:

This role involves providing operational and administrative support to Sales Representatives in line with budget and sales targets, managing customer relationships, and enhancing the effectiveness of sales processes. Additionally, the Operations Manager aims to increase customer satisfaction among dentists and patients using Nobel Biocare products.

•Training and Information

Ensure team members have high knowledge of Nobel Biocare products and assist in managing product catalogs.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products to the sales team.

•Logistics and Distribution:

Coordinate the receipt of products from stock/warehouse based on information from the Sales Representative and ensure timely delivery to the locations where dentists will perform operations.

Ensure product deliveries are made on the scheduled date and time.

•Surgical Support:

Ensure team members are prepared to participate in surgeries.

Provide product information and technical support during surgeries.

•Communication and Coordination:

Ensure product requests from customers and sales representatives are communicated to the stock/warehouse responsible.

Monitor the timely communication of product requests.

•Product Exchange and Return Management:

Handle product exchange and return requests from customers with the knowledge and approval of the Sales Representative and promptly communicate these requests in writing to the relevant parties.

Manage product exchange and return processes efficiently and effectively.

•People Management:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.

Track daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.


•Customer Satisfaction:

Develop and implement strategies to increase satisfaction among dentists and patients using Nobel Biocare products.

Collect and analyze customer feedback. Ensure customer retention and satisfaction by delivering an outstanding support experience.

Job Requirements:

Academic background, BS/BA, ideally from business, Eng. or sciences.Strong track record and minimum 10 years in a business-to-customers selling environment, preferably in the dental industryFamiliarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.Analytical thinking ability and result-oriented approach.Knowledge of logistics and Warehouse management.Ability to provide product information and technical support.Ability to manage product exchange and return processes efficiently.Willingness to travel and visit clients.
