Job Description SummaryThis role reports to the Senior Operations Manager (Shared Services Cell). Responsible for operations planning, daily personnel deployment/management, job fulfillments and meet Safety, Quality Delivery and Cost (SQDC) targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of supervisors and technicians to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost performance targetsPlan, schedule and execute the operations and fulfill internal and external customer needs.Provide directions in resource allocation, production issues resolution, operator training, deployment, coordination.Monitor job progress and intervene when necessary, ensuring production orders are completed on a timely basis.Drive adoption of Lean and implement continuous improvement plans to increase operational effectiveness and improve productivity.Enforce and implement best practices & culture in proper housekeeping, disciplines and standard workMonitor labor utilization and efficiency to ensure optimized manpower, Identify technician training needs and maintain skill matrix   Lead root cause analysis of operation issues and solve the problemsDrive cycle/lead time improvements and implement cost control/reduction strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized universityMin 5 years relevant experience in related industryDemonstrated leadership and supervisory skillsStrong communications, interpersonal and influencing skillsFacilitation, planning and organizational skillsProficiency in computer skills (Web based systems and Microsoft Office)
