Roles & Objectives
As an Intern you will be part of our Operations CS for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Manager Service Delivery. The position will be based in Roma.
In your role, you will join Operations CS Team supporting subject matter experts in delivering business requirements, executing/documenting tests (on processes and systems) and run retrospective sessions.
Specific Responsibilities:
Business ModelTrack & Trace ReportingVolumes by loading point calculation as per Distribution Contract in force to allow proper fleet allocation and ensure shipment executionAdherence to loading slots analysis and reporting to increase on time pickup of goods at loading pointsSupport the execution of San Marino market shipmentsExtra flexibility costs analysis and reporting as per contract in forceSystemsLog Rejection management to ensure correct data staging in PM Italy reporting suite
PortfolioStock returns management for retailers downgrade/seasonal closingE2E management of Direct purchases for Brand Retail and Loyalty (events, visual merchandising, fair & events)
Who we’re looking for
University degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering or related fieldAnalytical SkillsProblem SolvingCreative ThinkingTeamwork Clear CommunicationMS Office Package, in particular MS ExcelEnglish fluent (both written and spoken)
