Position Brand Description:
The Operation Associate - Fill / Finish will report to an Associate Director in Manufacturing. They will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of PFS-11 projects in the manufacturing process. This includes providing a leadership role for the area process team, managing improvement projects and process improvements for the area, acting as a liaison between operations and multiple support groups in execution of improvements, change controls, and projects, and assisting in providing supervisory coverage in the absence of the Associate Director.

Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, leading safety initiatives, and working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site GoalsDevelopment and monitoring of metricsProvide education on conceptsDrive projects for improvementProvide a leadership role in the area of PFS-11 and process improvements for the process team.Projects as generated by Process Team and CAPAInvestigate problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement countermeasuresPotential to back up Leader and Team LeaderLead specific functions of the process teamLead by example in using data to influence change and improvementEnsure that all safety practices, policies, and rules are followed and enforcedComplete safety auditsBe an active participant in safety improvements and reduction of incidents
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors’ Degree in a science based fieldExperience: 2 to 5 years Parenteral Operations experience or support
Additional Preferences:
Deviation, CAPA, investigation experiencePrevious leadership / supervisory experience helpfulCareer interests in operations leadership

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$64,500 - $140,800Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
