Position Brand Description:

The Operation Associate - Fill / Finish will report to an Associate Director in Manufacturing. They will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of PFS-11 projects in the manufacturing process. This includes providing a leadership role for the area process team, managing improvement projects and process improvements for the area, acting as a liaison between operations and multiple support groups in execution of improvements, change controls, and projects, and assisting in providing supervisory coverage in the absence of the Associate Director.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors’ Degree in a science based fieldExperience: 2 to 5 years Parenteral Operations experience or support

 

Additional Preferences:

Deviation, CAPA, investigation experiencePrevious leadership / supervisory experience helpfulCareer interests in operations leadership

The position is for 2nd shift, start / stop times somewhat flexible for potential 24/7 contactMust be flexible to attend meetings or support off - shifts as necessarySome allergens are present in the parenteral plant. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$64,500 - $140,800

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
