Job DescriptionRole: GNS AgentEnsure smooth and timely freight process flowEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and Trace files and reportingEnsure accurate and timely client and vendor billingEnsure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicableInteract with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standardsWork with other departments (Ocean, Air) to manage and integrate goods into the network using ground services

Qualifications1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsPro-active, strong organizational skillsGood computer skills (Excel, Word)Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory)
