As a vital member of our surgical team, you’ll help ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care for every patient—every time. **What You’ll Do:** + Support surgical room turnover and preparation + Clean and inspect medical equipment + Assist with patient transport and positioning + Maintain stock levels and ensure supply readiness + Support nurses and surgical teams during procedures + Help with patient pre-operative prepping in Heart & Vascular Services + Uphold infection prevention and safety standards + Participate in training and development activities **What You’ll Need:** **Required:** + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience + Ability to follow instructions and multitask in a fast-paced setting + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail **Preferred:** + 3–6 months of experience in a hospital, surgical, or clinical setting **Why Baystate Health?** + **Inclusive Culture:** You belong here.
