**Responsibilities**
**What you'll do:**
1. Operates high-pressure boilers.
2. Operates chillers and absorbers.
3. Compiles water treatment reports.
4. Performs maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, steam pipes, and related machinery.
5. Operates automated building control computer and makes corrections as required.
6. Operates/adjusts air handling equipment.
7. Performs preventive maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment.
8. Performs routine inspections of mechanical rooms.
9. Performs building maintenance.
10. Maintains established department policies, procedures and objectives, concerning quality assurance, safety, environmental conditions and infection control.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ One (1) year of electro-mechanical experience and good knowledge of hand tools.
+ High School graduate or equivalent.
+ Must have the ability to analyze electro-mechanical problems and determine repairs needed; must have the ability to perform repairs after needs are determined.
+ 3 rd grade stationary engineer (obatin within 1 year)
+ Valid Driver's License.

**Pay Range**
$21.23 - $29.20 /hour
