As an Operador I in the Engineering department, you will play a key role in ensuring our production processes are completed flawlessly and to the highest standards. + Coordinate production processes as trained by the production leader, supervisor, or designee. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Apply appropriate clothing and safety equipment strictly following safety protocols. + Report any work-related issues to the supervisor or line leader, including those related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, and tools. + Adhere to production standards to ensure world-class quality. + Assist the line leader and supervisor in addressing observations or participating in audits of ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR, as necessary. + Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization. **Job Requirements** To compete for this role successfully, you need to meet the following requirements: + Proven experience in a similar role within a production environment. + Strong understanding of safety protocols and the importance of maintaining a safe work environment. + Ability to strictly follow detailed instructions and work independently. + Excellent communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members. + Willingness to support and participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives. + Flexibility to take on additional duties as needed to support our organizational goals.
