**Work Schedule** Third Shift (Nights) **Environmental Conditions** Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards **Job Description** Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Ensamblador I to contribute in a skilled team. **Job Responsibilities** + Responsible for completing production processes as trained by the production leader, supervisor, or designee. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Ensure the accurate use of applicable clothing and safety equipment during processes. + Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, or tools to the supervisor or line leader. + Adhere strictly to production standards. + Assist line leaders and supervisors in responding to observations or participating in ISO 9000, ISO13485, and CFR audits, within the scope of responsibility. + Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs. **Job Requirements** + Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and production protocols. + Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Excellent communication skills to report issues and collaborate effectively. + Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, though not strictly required. + Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
