**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in OT Exstream to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards and Payments and will thrive in a hybrid work model with day shifts. This role does not require travel and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys success and societal contributions. **Responsibilities** + Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OT Exstream to support business operations and strategic initiatives. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing data quality controls. + Provide technical expertise and support for OT Exstream troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance. + Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity. + Monitor industry trends and advancements in Cards and Payments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative. + Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and written reports. + Participate in the design and implementation of data-driven strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives. + Support the development and execution of data governance policies and procedures. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices and tools. + Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and applications. + Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. **Qualifications** + Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in data analysis and reporting. + Demonstrate proficiency in OT Exstream and its application in business processes. + Exhibit knowledge and experience in the Cards and Payments domain enhancing the ability to provide relevant insights. + Show excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey complex information. + Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. + Have a solid understanding of data governance and quality assurance principles. + Be adaptable to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
