Key Responsibilities

System Configuration: Implement and configure OpenText solutions tailored to meet business requirements, aligning with client objectives and existing workflows.Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and design effective configurations that enhance document management and information flow.Testing & Documentation: Conduct system testing on configurations and processes. Create comprehensive documentation to support practices and facilitate knowledge transfer.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OpenText-related issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.User Training: Train end-users on OpenText functionalities and best practices, ensuring they can utilize the system effectively.

Work Experience
Experience: 6+ years of experience working with OpenText solutions or similar document management systems. Familiarity with SAP integrations would be beneficial.Skill Set:Strong understanding of document management processes and best practices.Proficiency in configuring and managing OpenText services.Familiarity with system testing methodologies and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills for effective collaboration and training.
