This role offers deep technical engagement, ownership of services, and the chance to make a visible impact in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include: + Cluster Setup & Performance: Deploy and tune clusters for optimal capacity and performance. + Incident & Problem Management: Resolve platform issues and support app teams with misconfigurations. Identify root causes and implement fixes. + Change & Configuration Management: Analyze, classify, and implement changes in coordination with cross-functional teams. + Platform Operations: Manage core components, virtual networks, and interfaces for app and system communication. + Monitoring & Alerts: Set up and integrate monitoring tools, ensuring real-time visibility and proactive alerting. + Logging & Event Collection: Deploy systems for app log collection and support client integration. + Availability & Updates: Provide 24/7 incident support, participate in on-call rotations, and handle patching and infrastructure updates. + Security & Access: Manage user profiles, integrate with LDAP, and oversee keys and certificates. + Reporting & Backup: Deliver regular performance reports and define backup procedures for platform resilience. **Who You Are** + Experience in installing and managing complex infrastructures for medium to large clients + In-depth technical knowledge of involved technologies + Ability to work in a team + Ability to lead troubleshooting and focus on problem-solving + Relational skills both internally and with clients + Several years of experience in delivery + Decision-making skills; Leadership abilities + Technical certifications (Red Hat, Hyperscalers, others, ...). \#KYNHIRINGKIIS **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
