IT Transformation Consulting Experience: At least 15+ years of directly related work experience in the Information Technology field, with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

Technical Expertise:

Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) and the Kubernetes ecosystem.

Proficient in virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM, VMware) and OpenShift Virtualization.

In-depth knowledge of Linux systems administration and networking.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, or GitLab CI.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly with tools like Ansible and Terraform.

Sound understanding of Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) concepts and implementations.

Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud architecture.

Understanding of DevOps practices and principles, including containerization, automation, and monitoring tools.

Experience in designing solutions with hybrid or private cloud architecture (up to medium complexity).

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Active listener with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to read complex customer situations and adapt as needed.

Deep understanding of deployment, management, and administration of industry-leading IT automation and orchestration tools.

Additional Skills:

Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting is a plus.

Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift or other relevant Red Hat certifications.

VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VCIX are highly desirable.

Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is beneficial.

Experience in Datacenter migration using various methods (e.g., P2V, V2V) and tools.
