Your Future at Kyndryl
As an IT/Cloud Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Configured, deployed, and managed OpenShift clusters across on-premises
+ Performed regular cluster upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure security and stability
+ Monitored cluster health and resolved performance bottlenecks using tools like Prometheus and Grafana
+ Automated OpenShift cluster deployments using tools such as Ansible, Helm Charts
+ Supported developers with CI/CD pipeline integration on OpenShift using Jenkins, Tekton or OpenShift Pipelines
+ Troubleshot deployment issues, analyzed logs, and resolved application-level errors within the cluster
+ Managed and optimized OpenShift Operators for applications and infrastructure components
+ Implemented role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-tenant security policies in OpenShift
+ Configured persistent volumes and dynamic storage provisioning for stateful applications
+ Conducted capacity planning and optimized cluster resource allocation
+ Addition / Deletion / Modification of Worker and master nodes

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of experience in administering OpenShift or similar container platforms.
+ Strong expertise in RedHat Linux administration.
+ Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
+ Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and security best practices.
+ Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
+ Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
+ Understanding of application development lifecycles
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:**
•Experience with various IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies
•Advanced certification on key technologies within your platform or area of expertise
•Ability to articulate key technologies’ impact on security, availability, cost, capacity, etc.
