We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to coordinate the execution and oversight of the OPEN platform’s marketing materials, contests, CRM activities, and technical administration. This role involves close collaboration with legal, product, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and performance optimization of all OPEN-related initiatives.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level in speaking and writing).Excellent command of Polish grammar and vocabulary, both spoken and written.Experience working with creative agencies, especially during briefing and feedback stages.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Basic knowledge of Salesforce Constructor.Familiarity with tools such as Asana and Figma is a plus.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Campaign & Content Management

Analyze and review campaign-related materials (e.g., contests, articles, banners, quizzes).Coordinate legal approvals and revisions for materials and contest concepts.Manage stakeholder consultations and approvals (e.g., product teams).Lead weekly GATE presentations and manage related processes.Ensure timely publication and report any errors or corrections.Collect and organize product updates via Teams groups.Conduct ongoing audits of the platform to identify and implement corrections.

Contest Operations

Select prizes and manage logistics (ordering, shipping, warehouse coordination).Oversee winner selection and graphic production.Coordinate legal and tax verification of contest regulations.Approve creative tasks, videos, quizzes, and graphics.Handle contest settlements, including PIT submissions and prize dispatch.

CRM & Marketing Automation

Create and test SMS campaigns, including legal and stakeholder approvals.Support the creation and testing of customer journeys in Marketing Cloud.Test and validate CRM email campaigns.

Technical Support & Administration

Create and update audience segments in Salesforce.Generate reports on OPEN activity within Salesforce.Audit and optimize subpages and widgets in Salesforce Experience Builder.Create and update templates and other assets when agency support is limited.

Communication & Support

Maintain communication with Support and OPEN Ambassadors.Provide support for B2B cyclical presentations.
