**Job Overview:**
Adecco is seeking a dedicated and experienced **3rd Shift** Onsite Supervisor to manage and oversee our temporary workforce at a client’s manufacturing location. The Onsite Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a productive and safe working environment for all temporary staff.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Workforce Management:**
+ Oversee the daily activities of temporary workers, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that employees are punctual and productive.
+ Assign tasks based on client needs and ensure that workers understand their duties.
+ Monitor attendance, track hours worked, and ensure accurate timekeeping for payroll purposes.
+ Address any staffing issues promptly, including absenteeism, performance concerns, and conflicts.
+ **Client Relations:**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Adecco, ensuring clear communication and alignment on staffing needs and expectations.
+ Conduct regular meetings with client management to discuss workforce performance, address concerns, and plan for future needs.
+ Provide feedback to the client regarding worker performance and any areas for improvement.
+ **Operational Oversight:**
+ Ensure that all warehouse operations are running efficiently and that safety protocols are strictly followed.
+ Conduct regular inspections of the work area to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with company policies.
+ Assist in training temporary workers on proper procedures, safety practices, and job expectations.
+ **Reporting & Documentation:**
+ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on workforce performance, attendance, and any issues that arise.
+ Maintain accurate records of all temporary employees, including hours worked, incidents, and performance evaluations.
+ Submit regular updates to the agency's management team regarding the status of the workforce and any client feedback.
+ **Team Leadership:**
+ Provide guidance and support to temporary workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
+ Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help workers improve and succeed in their roles.
+ Handle disciplinary actions when necessary, in accordance with company policies.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
+ Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
+ Experience working with temporary staffing agencies is highly preferred.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and timekeeping software.
+ Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and best practices.
+ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
+ Comfortable working in various warehouse environments, including those with fluctuating temperatures.
**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
