As an OnSite Specialist, you will manage equipment processing and preventative maintenance to ensure functionality, longevity, and patient safety. **What you will do:** + Manage and care for Customer’s equipment within the Sterile Processing Department (SPD). + Perform the cleaning, maintenance, and assembly of surgical instrumentation and equipment. + Use exceptional attention to detail in order to ensure surgeon’s equipment is clean, sterile, functioning properly, and ready for the next case. + Perform job functions while adhering to all industry and facility-specific standards and safety protocols. + Understand the unique challenges faced by caregivers to ensure that hospital staff can focus on patient care + Exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally and up to 20lbs of force constantly to move objects. + Remain standing or walking for an extended period of time. **What You Need:** **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. + Demonstrate excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. + Adapt to changing shifts and account needs with flexibility. + Obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., HSPA) and meet vendor credentialing requirements for all assigned accounts to ensure professional development and account compliance. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree preferred + Experience with medical device support or in a clinical environment. + Knowledge of operating room standards and sterile processing practices. + HSPA/CRCST certification. + Adhere to Stryker’s code of conduct and HIPAA regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality, high-quality standards, and demonstrating professionalism in work ethic, attitude, and appearance.
