Onsite Solar Project Coordinator
Job Description We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a warranty project at an industrial solar site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial project coordination. This role requires onsite leadership, safety compliance, and effective communication to ensure project goals are met efficiently and safely. This position pays between $40-50/hour and includes paid expenses for travel and accommodations. Key Responsibilities: Supporting Solar waranty Site Projects Engage with outside vendors to determine material availability, execution schedule, and other items to keep projects on schedule and budget Complete Safety checks and procedures Assist in running/leading meetings with Subcontractors Complete daily reports for scheduling in Excel Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinating with contractors to ensure the seamless integration of construction and restoration Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems Maintaining clear and accurate project documentation and records Managing and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track Performing quality control checks and system validations to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical installations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
