Beacon Hill is seeking an Onsite Representative for a part-time role in Cartersville, GA. This position supports workforce access and data management at an active construction site. Ideal for someone reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving, field-based environment. Morning hours only-Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (20 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities:

Issue RFID access badges to jobsite workers

Maintain and update workforce records in internal systems

Identify and report any data discrepancies

Perform simple troubleshooting of site access equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, turnstiles)

Provide professional, on-the-ground support for site entry and onboarding

Communicate issues or updates to the on-site supervisor

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in administrative or data entry roles is helpful, but not required

Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Comfortable working from a construction trailer on an active jobsite

Must bring ankle-high boots (steel toe not required) in case of jobsite walks

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule, Compensation & Work Environment:

Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (20 hours/week)

Assignment Length: Approximately 24 months, with potential to extend

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Work Environment: Role is fully on-site at an active construction project. You'll be working from a construction trailer-conditions may be dusty, noisy, or variable. Dress is casual, but ankle-high boots are required for site access.
