Adecco is looking for a motivated **Recruiter** to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You’ll partner with clients to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and build strong pipelines of candidates to meet workforce demands. **What You’ll Do:** + Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of roles + Partner with clients to understand needs and provide hiring solutions + Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships + Support associates with resume guidance, interview prep, and career coaching + Ensure excellent candidate and client experiences + Act as a team lead in the absence of management **What We’re Looking For:** + 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience (staffing industry a plus) + Strong communication and relationship-building skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Knowledge of sourcing tools, recruiting trends, and ATS systems + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) **Why Adecco?** + Be part of a global leader in staffing and workforce solutions + Opportunity to impact lives by connecting people with great jobs + Collaborative, supportive team environment **Location:** 100% Onsite – Buckeye, AZ **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
