Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager to oversee recruitment operations at our Manchester facility. This role involves managing end-to-end candidate processes, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The position requires occasional travel to other STS locations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Operations:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with HR to issue employment offers and contracts. Ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies to meet business needs.

Team and Stakeholder Management:

Mentor and support recruitment team members. Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee vendor candidate submissions and communications.

Systems and Data Management:

Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure accurate and compliant data management.

Strategic Initiatives:

Develop talent pools aligned with business priorities. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes. Act as a brand ambassador to enhance candidate experience.

Compliance and Legal:

Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment. Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in aviation or manufacturing. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment technologies. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with veteran recruitment is advantageous. Valid UK driving license.
